With Zhi Ban Xia, for a stifling sensation in the chest and cough with excessive white, viscous sputum due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction.
Flos Sophorae Immaturus Huai Hua Mi 12g Cools the Blood, cools the Liver and stops bleeding.
Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 12g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi, dissipates nodules, reduces Stagnation, treats sores, skin ulcerations and carbuncles and reduces swelling.
Endoconcha Sepiae Hai Piao Xiao 9g Resolves Dampness, promotes healing, moves Blood, controls acidity and alleviates pain.

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS

  • Progressive dysphagia
  • Vomiting after eating
  • Frequent epigastric and abdominal distention and fullness which is worse after eating
  • Vomiting of partially digested food about twelve hours after eating
  • Vomiting relieves the abdominal discomfort
  • The vomitus may have thick or thin frothy mucus
  • Copious salivation
  • Maybe epigastric masses and/or splash on palpation
  • Stuffiness in the chest
  • General weakness
  • Acid regurgitation
  • Nausea
  • T: Normal or Bluish and dark red
